GTA: San Andreas (or Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas) is a popular offline action open-world game developed and published by Rockstar Games. It was released for Windows PC in 2004 and come to IOS and Android in December 2013.

The game has quality visuals, great physics interaction, good sound effects but the system requirements for Android, iOS, and PC are really low. Check out the details listed below.
